Shipping & Returns


  • We process and ship all our orders 6 days a week, with the exception of Fridays and UAE Public Holidays.
  • For Dubai orders, please place your order before 11 am to ensure next day delivery service during weekdays.
  • For UAE orders we will aim to deliver your order within 24 hours, however, delays may occur that are outside of Fácil Blanco’s control. In the event that this occurs your order will be delivered within a maximum of 2 days.
  • International orders will be delivered within 4 working days. Any additional delays through customs in your Country unfortunately is out of our hands.



  • A signature is required upon the receipt of the shipment.
  • We insure all packages in transit from Fá to the delivery address against theft and accidental damage, once the package has been signed for it is no longer insured by FACIL Blanco.
  • We ship with DHL Express. 
  • We ship to residential or office addresses only. No P.O. Boxes.
  • will not deal or provide any services or products to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
  • We do not ship to sanction countries
  • Multiple shipments/delivery may result in multiple postings to the cardholder's monthly statement.
  • Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Fácil Blanco is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes.
  • Fá reserves the right to add extra charges to the shipping delivery if your location is in a remote area.



    • Fácil Blanco is shipping free of charge with DHL Express.
    • DHL Express offers service to over 220 countries (not including sanction countries)


    Of course we want you to ENJOY your item, however returns or exchange are inevitable and it’s completely fine to change your mind. At Fácil Blanco you can return your purchase for free! 

    Please find below our return/ exchange policy:

    • Request for return/ exchange must be done within 5 days from the date of receipt of the garments.
    • Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed with all of the original tags attached.
    • Garments must be sent back within 5 days of receipt of the free return documents to avail full refund, alternatively a store credit will be applied. Garments received after 10+ days will not be refunded/ store credited.
    • The exchange is only available for a different size of the same item. Exchange request will be processed upon the receipt of your return item(s) and do allow 2-3 working days for us to prepare and ship. If the item is out of stock in the size you have opted for, a store credit will be issued instead.
    • If you would like to exchange for a different item/s, please return for a store credit, and place a new order.
    • Please enclose a copy of a completed exchange/ return form together with the returning item/s.
    • Cancellations can be processed and fully refunded if the order has not been dispatched yet. Should the garment be already in transit, cost of delivery/return will occur. The cost of the garment will be reimbursed, minus carrier charges (both ways).
    • Discounted items can only be exchanged for a different size. Refund only as store credit, and cost of return shipment to covered by the customer. 
    • One free return per order, subsequent returns/ exchanges at own cost.


    We'll send you an email as soon as we've received your return back at our customer service center. Once received, we'll refund to your original form of payment - this is usually done within 2 working days. Funds will appear in your upcoming statement. Depending on your bank this may take some time to clear.
